I am so sorry to hear about the passing ofHoward. I worked with him at Jackson High School from 1976 till he retired. He was a man with a great spirit, we had many discussions on gardening, and just things in general. He ran a great program, so organized. I learned so much from him, he was always so kind to share. He taught me how to take pride in your program, to be accountable. I taught the Horticulture Program, and he would bring me his garden seeds. He wanted to be the first to have ripe vegetables from their garden. God Bless him and his family.

Howard will be surely missed! We were High School friends,part of The Crowd that ran around together and enjoyed Reunions as often as possible.We kept in touch via E- Mails, sometimes as often as two to three times a week. His Friendship will be Treasured.
