Uncle Tom was the greatest uncle a girl could ask for. He always made time for our shenanigans when Jana, Adam, and I were young. His laugh and smile were infectious. Gone way too soon, but definitely not forgotten. Heaven has gained an angel and I know he is looking down on all of us. RIP in Uncle Tom! I love and miss you!

My deepest sympathy for the Prokopchuck family. I've known Tommy since High School and have been lucky enough to have worked with him the last 21 years. RIP Buddy. Your friend, Bruce

Hi Adam, I know this has been difficult for you but just remember how much he loved you.
This past summer when you would have lunch together, then he would walk to his truck and I would
hear you say " I love you" then he would say " I love your more". What special memories you have together.

So very sorry for your loss ! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time ! Tom & I were friends all thru school , ( Elementary school , Jr. high & High school ) & we reconnected as friends on fb & I was so glad I found him again & continued our friendship ! Just can`t believe he is gone ... I will never forget my dear friend & that smile of his that lit up a room when he walked in ... Reflecting on so many wonderful memories of him thru school . When someone you love becomes a memory , the memory becomes a treasure . My heart is so sad ... Gone way too soon , but never forgotten ... Hugs ....

I will always remember Tom's smile. He actually made football practice fun and. I will never forget when he wore the Canton McKinley shirt one day to practice. I had a piece of that shirt on my car for a long time.

He was a great friend and will be missed by everyone.
