A. Traditional Funeral with Same Day Visitation - $3,090.00
Complete traditional funeral including services of the funeral director and staff, transportation of remains to the funeral home, embalming, other preparation of the body, visitation immediately prior to the funeral service, use of the hearse, lead car/clergy vehicle, committal service with procession.
Complete Traditional Funeral with Cremation to Follow - $3,899.00
Complete traditional funeral including services of the director and staff, transportation of the remains to the funeral home, embalming, other preparations of the body, use of the solid oak rental casket, alternative container, visitation prior to the service, transportation to the crematory, and the crematory fee
Graveside Funeral at any Local Cemetery - $3,069.00
Graveside Funeral in any local cemetery, transportation of remains to funeral home, refrigeration, 20 ga. Silver steel casket, 50 memorial folders, use of hearse to cemetery
Immediate Burial
Our charge for immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff, transportation of remains from place of death, care and shelter of remains and local transportation to cemetery. Does not include embalming, viewing or services.

We offer fine caskets from Reynoldsville, Aurora, and Astral. They range from $625-$6110. A complete list is available at the funeral home.
We offer burial vaults from Harn Vault Company and Clark Grave Vault ranging $775.00 to $16,600.00
“Quick Reference for Veterans Benefits”
Benefits for veterans who die at VA Hospital:
- Get $300 burial or cremation allowance
- Get $300 plot allowance if they don’t use a National Cemetery.
- We get our transportation from VA Hospital reimbursed.
- We get our transportation to place of interment or services reimbursed.
Benefits for Veterans who die outside a VA Hospital:
Scenario # 1
VA service connected disability pension.
- Get $300 burial or cremation allowance.
- Get $300 plot allowance if they don’t use a National Cemetery.
- If they are receiving a pension for a service connected disability, our transportation will be reimbursed if buried in a National Cemetery.
Scenario #2
VA support pension.
- Get $300 burial or cremation allowance.
- Get $300 plot allowance if they don’t use a National Cemetery.
- No transportation money is allowed.
Scenario #3
100% service connected Veteran
- Must have died from service connection! If so, up to $2000 is reimbursed to family on funeral—cremation costs.
All Vets and their spouses, with honorable discharge and with one day of active duty are
entitled to free cemetery property, headstone, Open and Closing and perpetual care at any
National Cemetery.

Professional Services - $1,385.00
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
In order to provide the finest service possible, we maintain a staff of licensed, trained, experienced and appropriately licensed personnel which are available 24 hours every day to respond to your call. This fee includes our arrangement interview with your family, coordination of your plans, securing and recording the death certificate and disposition permit.
Embalming- $395.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Other Preparation of the Body - $215.00
This includes any dressing, casketing, cosmetizing or handling of the body other than embalming or shelter of remains.
Use of Facilities or Equipment
Use for Funeral Service at another facility- $425.00
Use for Visitation at another facility one hour prior to service - $190.00
Automotive Equipment
Transportation of Remains to Funeral Home - $295.00
The care and removal of the deceased to our offices from a local residence, hospital, or other care facility within 25 miles.
Hearse - $195.00
Hearse and staff member to any cemetery within 25 miles

The goods and services shown above are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

This option is available for those who wish to conduct their own memorial service. We provide cremation box set, includes urn, register book, memorial folders, thank you cards, use of plant stands, and memorial boards
Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home - $750.00
This charge includes the minimum services of staff, transportation from place of death, embalming, and transportation to Cleveland Airport. Does not include air-cargo charges, merchandise or use of facilities for visitation or ceremonies prior to forwarding the remains.
Receiving of Remains from Another Funeral Home - $695.00
This charge includes minimum services of staff, transportation from Cleveland Airport, temporary shelter of remains at our facility and transportation to cemetery. It does not include any merchandise or other services.
Cremation Offerings
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of composition materials.
Simple Cremation
Our charges for direct cremation (without) ceremony) include basic services of the funeral director and staff, filing of the death certificate, transportation from the place of death, refrigeration of the remains and the cremation process.
Simple Cremation with container provided by purchaser - $1,295.00
Direct Cremation with alternative container provided by funeral home - 1,385.00
Cremation with Memorial Service - $1,895.00
Services of the director and staff, transportation of the remains to the funeral home, memorial service at your church or cemetery with 100 memorial folders, guest register book, 25 thank you cards, memorial boards, plant stands, cremation container and crematory fee.

Urns
Cremated remains are returned in a temporary container. A selections of urns made of a variety of materials is available ranging in price from $27.00 to $1,980.00.
