Chandler Nicholas Warner

Chandler Nicholas Warner, age 26  of Canton, passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 after courageous battle with addiction. He was born July 9, 1992, in Chesapeake, VA the son of Scott and Melissa (Metzger) Warner. He was 2011 graduate of McKinley High School.  He played baseball, football, and wrestling.  He attended Walsh University and Akron University. He was a salesman for Aflac. He will be remembered as a Gold Star Brother, for his love of music, playing his guitar for friends, and being the life of the party.  He had a fabulous and infectious smile. He loved his family. Chandler is survived by his parents, Scott N. and Melissa Warner; brother, Ashton Warner; maternal grandparents, Randy and Linda Metzger; paternal grandparents, James and Ida Warner; uncles and aunts, Mike Warner, Jeff and Dawn Warner, Mark and Kris Warner, Doug and Gina Metzger, Dave and Fatima Warner, Valerie Warner; and his dog, Brutus. He was preceded in death by his brother, Pvt. Heath Warner. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave NW, Massillon, from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd, Uniontown, OH 44685,  at 11am with Rev. David Durkee celebrant. His final resting place will be at Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park in Clinton, Ohio.
