Adam Marshall Bertram, 8 months of Jackson Twp., passed away December 23, 2011 at Akron Children's Hospital.

He was born April 2, 2011 in Canton the son of Kenneth and Anna (Eisenbrei) Bertram of Jackson Twp. In addition to his parents he is survived by paternal grandparents, Mary and Kenneth Hlavac of Green; Gerald and Debra Bertram of Willowick, OH; maternal grandparents, Mark and Loretta Eisenbrei of Jackson Twp.; great grandmothers, Betty Eisenbrei of North Canton, Elizabeth Bertram of Kenmore, NY, Jean Hlavac of Seven Hills, OH, Leonora Smith of North Canton; god parents, Alicia and Mark Stack of Lorain, OH; brother Ross Alan Bertram of Jackson Twp.; many aunts uncles, and cousins and extended family.

Adam was preceded in death by great-grandfathers, Maurice Eisenbrei, Roger Bertram, Charles Hlavac, and Neal Marshall Smith, Louis Ross, great-grandmother, Catherine Ross.

Visitation will be held at Heitger Funeral Service - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave NW, on Tuesday Dec. 27, 2011 from 4-7 PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2952 Edison St NW, Uniontown, OH 44685, on Wednesday December 28, 2011 at 10 AM with Rev. John Zapp celebrant.

Burial to follow at Chatham Twp. Cemetery in Chatham.

In lieu of flowers donations may be mailed to Adam M. Bertram Benevolent Fund at First Merit Bank, Green Branch, 3770 Massillon Rd, Uniontown, OH 44685.
