Amy L. Petrarca, age 69, of Crystal Springs died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Affinity Medical Center.
She was born September 10, 1946, the daughter of the late Delmer and Louella (Geiser) Butzer.
She enjoyed going fishing and playing cards.
Amy was a member of Eagles 190.
Amy is survived by her husband of 32 years, Richard Petrarca; sons, Jason and Michael Petrarca; brother, Patrick (Sandy) Butzer; nephew, Heath Butzer; cousins, Sara Chisari and Susan Gill.
Visitation will be held Thursday January 28, 2016 at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE from 4pm to 6pm.
Funeral Services will follow at 6pm at the funeral home.
