Aniyah N. Johnson, age 9 of Massillon, went home to be with the Lord on  Monday, November 6, 2017.
She was a 4th grade student at Massillon Intermediate School.
Aniyah is survived by her mother, Ashley Sumpter; father, Justin Johnson;  brother, August Sumpter; grandparents, Cheryl Sumpter,  Michael (Tammie) Sumpter, Virginia Johnson; great-grandparents, Faith Sumpter, Donna Fraley and Emma Johnson; Devon Sankey who was an important part in her life; and many close Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and other extended family members.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 2 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St. N.E., Massillon, Ohio.
The family will receive family and friends from  Noon to 2 P.M. at the funeral home on Wednesday prior to the service.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Massillon
