Audrey V. Arner, age 87, of Massillon, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born July 8, 1934,  daughter of the late Calvin and Martha (Maffit) Jamison. Audrey was well known as an Avon lady for over 36 years.  She retired from Gorrell School where she was a school monitor. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, TTW, and the Buckeye Club. Audrey is survived by sons Dennis (Maureena) Arner, Richard (Lynette) Arner; daughter Darlene (Mike) Kieffer; daughter-in-law, Deb Arner; sisters, Naomi Booth, Carolyn Leonard, and Kay Ohle; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn E. Arner Sr., son Glenn E. Arner Jr., and seven siblings. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., Massillon. Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. and again on Saturday from 10 to 11 Prior to the service. Burial to follow the service in Brookfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church.
