Betty L. Brown, age 96, of Alliance, passed away October 20, 2023.
She was born August 28, 1927, in Salinesville, the daughter of  the late Joseph and Olive (Burnit) Clark.
Betty was a Registered Nurse and retired after 30 years from Alliance Community Hospital where she worked in the maternity ward.
She was an accomplished artist and enjoyed drawing and painting.  She sold her artwork by commissioning specialty pieces and by selling at Hartville Flea Market.
Betty is survived by her son, David L. (Jill) Brown of New Philadelphia; grandchildren, Michael (Allie) Brown and Sarah (Joe) Radish; great-grandchildren, Ryanne and Silas of Alliance; former daughter-in-law, Susan Brown of Alliance; and her close friend, Marybelle Schuller.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Brown and brother, Tom Clark.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
