Bobbie L. Parrish, age 77, died Sunday, May 29, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center.

She was born February 6, 1934 in Raleigh, N.C., the daughter of the late Krinson and Gladys (Wills) Parrish.

She had lived in Massillon for the past 15 years and was a member of Eagles # 190.

Bobbie is survived by son Ronald Szerokman, daughter and son-in-law Priscilla and Gary Carpenter, daughters Marie Kulisek all of Massillon and Elizabeth Dishong of Winchester, VA, brothers Linwood Parish of Italy and Roger Parrish of VA, ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter Deborah Beightol and brother Krinson Lamar Parrish.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 11 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating. Interment will follow at Brookfield Cemetery in Massillon.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
