Bonnilee J. McGaughey Custer, age 97 of Jackson Township, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at her home surrounded by family.

She was born July 24, 1924, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of the late Martin and Theosal (Payne) Soule.
Bonnie enjoyed watching the Indians, she loved playing and watching golf, and watched the stock channel daily.  Her true passion in life was spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lyle McGaughey and Frank Wallace Custer; and two sisters, Marilyn Russell and Bethany Bedtelyon; and granddaughter, Courtney Harding.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Lyle (Debby) McGaughey, Anne McGaughey, Jane Oakes; four granddaughters, Kimberlee (Jonas) Sykes, Lindsay (Scott) Nemetz, Jennifer (Brian) Hoffman, Megan (Aaron) Brownsword; Jeremiah Harding; and nine great-grandchildren.
As per her wishes no public services are to be held.
Her final place of rest will be at Sunset Hills Burial Park in Canton.
