Brian Christopher Wade, age 34 of Jackson Twp., passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Akron City Hospital.

He was born June 16, 1989, in Delaware, Ohio, the son of Timothy and Diana "Lynn" (Mitchell) Wade.

Brian graduated from Jackson High School where he participated in swimming and soccer.  He also attended Kent State University.

Brian worked in the telecommunications industry.   He loved sports, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns.

Along with his parents, Brian is survived by his daughter, Layla Wade; his sister, Brittany Wade; girlfriend, Jessica Collins and her children, Landyn and Bentley Collins; and Layla's maternal grandparents, Wendy and Don Crisp who were all very special to Brian. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Ramona Wade and Reva Mitchell.

Calling hours for Brian will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. NW  from 5:30 to 8:30 pm.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the Funeral Home, at 11AM with Fr. Connor Hetzel officiating. Burial to follow the service at North Canton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his family for Layla's future.
