Bruce A. Collins, age 82 of Uniontown, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.

He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the  U.S. Navy as a communication specialist.
Bruce retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber where he was a systems analyst for 41 years.
He was a member of Canton Baptist Temple where he served as a trustee for 3 years, sang in the choir, taught The Faith Builders Class and was an usher.
Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marilyn (Dearing) Collins, daughters Lora (Rick) Nicholson, Teresa (Dan) Rader and Susan Hoffman, grandsons Daniel (Katie) Rader, Jacob Rader and Levi Rader.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Marguerite (Warner) Collins, in-laws Wilbert and Jeanette Dearing, brother-in-law Wilbert Dearing Jr. and son-in-law Tim Hoffman.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 11 A.M. at Canton Baptist Temple, 515 Whipple Ave. N.W., Canton, Ohio  44708 with Pastor Mike Frazier officiating.
The family will receive friends and family at the church from 9 to 11 A.M. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mission Fund at Canton Baptist Temple.
