Carole S. Zehnder, age 71, formerly of Navarre, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Laurels of Canton after a lengthy illness.

She was born April 7, 1941 in Navarre, the daughter of the late Curtis S. and Mildred M. (Riggs) Heinzeroth.

Carole attended both Massillon and Central Baptist Churches.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald P. Zehnder (1966), daughter, Lisa Marie Gregory.

Carole is survived by sons, Robert (Tena) Zehnder of Canton, Ronald (Carmen) Zehnder of Massillon; daughter, Michelle (William) Wilhelm of Massillon; two brothers, Dan (Cathy) Heinzeroth, David (Becky) Heinzeroth; two sisters, Martha (Dick) Crawford, Sarah Stevens; five grandchildren; one great-grandson and a very special friend, Ernie.

Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 11AM at Massillon Baptist Temple with Rev. Cecil Thayer officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church.
