Cecil P. Husk, age 85, of Beach City, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Hennis Care Center in Bolivar. He was born May 3, 1939, in Parkersburg, WV,  the son of the late John and Bertha (Lamp) Husk. Cecil retired from Republic Steel after 32 years of service. He loved helping people and riding his four wheeler with family and friends. He enjoyed hunting turkey and deer. Cecil is survived by his wife of 20 years, Brenda (Judy) Husk;  son, Ron (Brenda) Husk; daughters, Denise (Greg) Moore, Patsy (Steve) Tolley, and Mary (Alvie) Butler; son, Joe (Jackie) Layne and daughter, Kim (Travis) Christy; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma Winigman and Sissy Neff; as well as his kitty companions, Lucy, Punkin, and Lily. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will gather for a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
