Cecile "Cil" Horgan, age 95 of Orrville, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at The Inn at Belden Village.

She was born January 13, 1931, in New Hampshire, the daughter of Treffle and Jeannette (Payeur) Hamel.

Cil retired from Hoover Company after many years of service.

She was a wonderful cook and loved to entertain.

Cil is survived by her children, Paul Ayotte, Marc Ayotte, Robert "Rob" Horgan (Kimberly Cichon).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Horgan.

Her final resting place will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford, MA.
