Cheryl Ann Purdy, age 49 of Massillon passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012.

She had worked as a waitress at Amvets and was a member of Eagles # 190.

She is survived by her fiance, Steve Huff, sons, Michael D. Ricosky and Larry Purdy, daughter, Jenny Purdy all of Massillon, brothers, Jeff Ricosky of Jackson Twp. and Wayne Ricosky of Massillon, sisters, Marge Petitto of Parma, Alice Martin of N. Carolina, Linda Mowls and Diane Smith both of Massillon and seventeen grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert R. and Theresa (Lopez) Ricosky, son, Robert A. Purdy, sister, Irene Williams and infant sister, Dolly Jean Ricosky and brother, Robert Ricosky Jr.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE.

Private burial will be in Brookfield Cemetery.
