Cynthia B. Olson, age 70, of Jackson Twp., passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022. She was born in Rockville Center, N.Y. Cynthia was the beloved wife of Laird Olson for 50 wonderful years.  She is also the mother of Erik Olson, sister of Herbert Baynon III, Aunt of Christa, Jamie and Jimmy, and Nancy, Susan and Carol.    She was preceded in death by her parents,  Herbert and Roselind (Wright) Baynon and her sister, Pamela. Cynthia taught special education prior becoming a full time homemaker. She enjoyed making memory albums for many family members. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 23,  at 1:30 at Heitger Funeral Home, Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., Massillon, 44646.  Rev. Les Peine will officiate. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home and there will also be calling hours on Wednesday prior to the service from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. Her final place of rest will be Rose Hill Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society. Condolences to the family may be made here on our tribute wall.
