David W. Pry, age 87, of Massillon, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025. He was born July 7, 1937, in Canton, the son of the late Wylie and Ruth (Cooper) Pry. David graduated from Jackson Memorial High School and then served in the Army Reserves. He worked in data processing for various area businesses and was active in DPMA . David attended St. John Lutheran Church. David enjoyed working with cars and was an accomplished woodworker. David is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy J. (Wise) Pry; sons, Jeff Pry and Jim (Julie) Pry; daughter, Rachael (Rick) Ramsey; grandchildren, Logan (Kaitlyn) Pry, Corey Swartzentruber, and Tyler Ramsey; great-grandchildren, Kena and Jack; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother, Donald Pry. Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Heitger Funeral Home - JACKSON CHAPEL, from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M.
