Debbie Lynn Thiel, 73, of Jackson Township, passed away on August 14, 2024. She was born November 1, 1950, in Schenectady, NY. Debbie is survived by her husband of 53 years, David Thiel; sons, Dr. David (Lisa) Thiel of Jacksonville, Florida, and Dr. Matthew (Amy) Thiel of Jackson Township; sister, Donna (Robert) Hester of Independence, KY; along with several nieces and nephews. The light of Debbie's life was her husband and her five grandchildren, Sydney and Ally of Jacksonville, FL, Luke, Landon, and Brooke of Jackson Township. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the Doctors, nurses, and staff at Aultman Hospital SICU and Aultman Compassionate Care Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Aultman School of Nursing in care of the David and Debbie Thiel Family Scholarship Fund. A private memorial and a Celebration of Life event will be held at a later date.
