Diana F. Hoover, age 84 of Jackson Twp., and formerly of the Rittman area, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the Laurels of Massillon.

She was born March 3, 1932 in Upshur County, WV, daughter of the late Virgil and Blanche (Linger) Hoover.

Diana is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Vicki Hoover of Jackson Twp.; daughter-in-law, Billie Hoover of Barberton; sisters, LulaBelle (Roy) Lewis and Ersolene (Dave) Persinger all of Newark, Ohio; grandchildren, John, Jason, Josh and Michael Hoover, and Tiffany Maglione; and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Attley (Bud) Hoover; son, Paul Hoover; brothers, Lawrence and Robert Hoover; and step-mother, Ossie Hoover.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 5 to 7 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., Massillon, Ohio  44646.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10 A.M. at Big Bend Cemetery in French Creek, WV 26218.
