Dominick J. Moauro, age 74 of Massillon, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center.
He was born August 25, 1949, in Canton the son of the late Michael and Dorothy (Kropff) Moauro.
He was a proud Navy Veteran serving during Vietnam.
Nick retired from Detroit Diesel after many years of service.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, an avid hunter, and spending time with his family.
Nick is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Chuck Pulley of Brewster and granddaughters, Tayelyn, Denvier, Brianna; sister, Becky Moauro; and partner, Beverly Houchins.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Denise L. Moauro and sister, Sandy Moauro.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at St. John Lutheran Church, 1900 Wales Road NE at 11:00 am with Rev. John Telloni officiating.
