Donald Raymond Westover, age 83, died Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Rose Lane Health Center.

He was born March 9, 1927, in East Palestine, OH, the son of the late Raymond Todd Westover and Jesse Loraine Noel.

He retired from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company after 17 years of service, He drove school buses for Massillon City Schools.

Donald was an Army Veteran serving during WWII.

Donald is survived by companion, Mary Robinson, four Sons, Donald J. Westover of Apple Valley, OH, Kevin T. (Gayle) Westover of Warsaw, IN., Brian (Molly) Westover of Largo, FL. and R. Mark (Trudy) Westover of Apple Valley, OH; step daughter, Amanda (Todd) Proper of Massillon, brother, Richard Westover of East Palestine, OH, and twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 1:30 PM on March 10, 2011 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Rev. Les Peine officiating and followed by military honors.
