Eleanor "Ellie" R. Ledoux, age 85 of Canton, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022 at Altercare of Nobles Pond.

She was born February 10, 1937, in Gardner, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Leslie and Ora (Fredette) Payne.

She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She was active in the Cursillo Movement and Parish Renewal. Ellie enjoyed reading, book club, scrapbooking and the Red Hat Society.

Ellie is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Mark R. and Paula Ledoux; daughters and sons-in-laws, Donna and Robert Holt and Lisa and David Smith; daughters, Michelle Ledoux and Denise Ledoux; granddaughters, Emma Holt, Kaylee, Madison, and Skyler Smith and grandson, Zachary Ledoux.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland F. Ledoux.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 3430 St. Michaels Dr NW, Canton at 12:00 pm with Rev. Benson Okpara celebrant.

Burial to follow the service at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens in North Canton.
