Elmer L. Koch, age 75 of Massillon, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Aultman Hospital. He was born June 14, 1947, in Stillwater, Ohio the son of the late Anthony and Vivian (Harris) Koch. Elmer retired from Republic Storage after 47 years of service. He was a member of Dayspring Christian Fellowship.  Elmer was a volunteer at Mayfield Senior Center for many years. Elmer is survived by his wife, Connie Koch, two daughters, Lori (Joel) Parker and Kara Koch (Ryan Brown); brothers, Tom, Anthony, and Robert Koch; sister-in-law, Robin (Tim) Morrow; nephews, Timothy Morrow and Tony Koch. He was preceded in death by siblings, Ronald, Willis, and Mary Frances Koch. A celebration of life is being planned at Dayspring Christian Fellowship.
