Eugene H. Dickenson, loving father, brother, and grandfather passed away September 3, 2025, with family by his side. He was born November 13, 1927, in Cass, WV, to the late Roger and Elva (Eary) Dickenson. Eugene served in the Army, and was a WWII veteran. He enjoyed fly fishing, deer hunting, and classic cars. Eugene is retired from Republic/LTV Steel.

Eugene is survived by his daughter, Esther "Lynn" Dickenson (Thomas Rittmaier); son Marvin Dickenson (Carole Morman-Dickenson); son-in-law Jim Hidey; brother, William Dickenson; sisters, Polly Monk and Linda Dickenson-Logan; grandchildren Claressa Stallman (Guy) and Nichole Rodd (Jonathan Beadle); and great-granddaughter Emma Grace Beadle.

In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his wife Esther "Ruth" Dickenson, and his daughter, Nancy Carol Hidey.

Cremation has taken place and the family will celebrate his life at a later date.
