Eugene T. Hodgson, age 81, died Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Country Lawn Nursing Home.
He was born May 17, 1933, in Massillon the son of the late Lloyd and Mabel (Seifert) Hodgson.
He was a veteran of the Army.
He retired in 1998 from Hamlin Steel and previously had worked at Eaton Corp.

Eugene is survived by son, Michael T. Hodgson (Joi Letcavits); daughters, Dawn Casten, Jodi Hodgson; three grandchildren, Nicole Casten, Grace Long and Lake Long, many nieces, nephews and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie J. Hodgson and brother and sister-in-law Roger and Beverly Hodgson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Heitger Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE from 4-7 PM.

His final resting place will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
