Evelyn M. Paradeses, age 90 of Massillon, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the Danbury Senior Living.

She was born August 9, 1936, in Massillon, the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Schultz.

Evelyn had worked at a finance company and Massillon Buick.

She was a member of Divine Mercy Parish.

Evelyn is survived by daughter, Patricia Rieger (Eric Davis); grandchildren, Samantha and Collin Rieger; sisters-in-law, Angie Darnell and Claudia Maxhimer; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmanuel Paradeses; and sister, Gerry Dyer.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Divine Mercy Parish - St. Mary Campus, 206 Cherry Rd NE, at 11 AM with The Very Rev. John Sheridan celebrant.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 1st St NE, from 5pm to 7pm.

Burial to follow the service at St. Joseph Cemetery in Massillon.
