Frank Louis Brady Jr., 89 of Jackson Twp., passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center surrounded by his family.

He was born May 23, 1927 in Dennison, Ohio the son of the late Frank and Earleen (Clark) Brady.

He was a veteran of the Navy serving during WWII.

Frank retired in 1989 from Plain Local Schools after 32 years of service where he was a teacher and a coach for girls track. He was an instructor and student teacher advisor at Malone College.

He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Massillon.

Frank is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Rosemarie Brady; daughters, Lori (Richard) Grimaldi of Streetsboro, Toni (Scott) Powell of Jackson Twp., Christy (Gary) Montgomery of Alliance; grandchildren, Carla (Aaron) Bubonics, Robert Grimaldi, Madison Powell, Allison Powell, Olivia Powell, Nicole Montgomery, Megan Montgomery; great-grandchild, Brooklyn Bubonics; sisters-in-law, Freida Greene and Rosemary Brady; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, George Brady and Harold Brady; sister-in-law, Joann Brady.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 at Heitger Funeral Home  Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave NW, at 10 AM with Rev.  Edward Gretchko officiating.

Calling hours will be Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Heitger  Jackson Chapel from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frank's name to Mercy Hospice and Alzheimer's Association.
