Frank R. Efinger, Jr., age 76, of Canton, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 following an extended illness, surrounded by his family. He was born July 22, 1945, in Canton, son of the late Frank and Doris (Albaugh) Efinger. Frank retired from Timken Company in 2003. He was a member of K of C Council #4473, McKinley Eagles #2370 and Steelworkers Union Golden Lodge #1123. Frank is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Frank and Tina Efinger III, Bill and Vicki Efinger and Tom and Angela Efinger; two sisters; Uncle Ronald Albaugh; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Sandy (Aldridge) Efinger. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 11 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., Massillon, with Rev. Michael Seifert officiating. Calling hours will be held prior to the service at the funeral home from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M.
