Frank Hudak, Jr., age 88 of Akron, and formerly of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on November 9, 2012 following an extended illness.

He was born in Cleveland lived in New Castle, PA. He retired from Erie Lackawanna Railroad in 1987 where he was an administrative assistant to the Senior V.P. Frank served his country in the Navy during WWII.

He is survived by daughter, Judy (Dan) Ott of Bath; granddaughter, Lynn (Ed) Mann of Wadsworth; grandson, Daniel Ott Jr. of Akron; great-grandson, Ryan Mann and two nephews, David Hudak and Dale Hudak of West Cleveland.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice (Mack) Hudak who died in 1997.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.

The family would like to thank Rose Lane Health Care Center and Asera Care Hospice for the loving care they gave to Frank.
