Gary Lee Woodard age 50 of Guilford Lake passed away unexpectedly June 22, 2011. He was born February 24, 1961 to John and Marge Woodard.

He graduated from Jackson High School in 1979, after graduation Gary was a janitor in the Jackson Schools District for a few years. He then started driving trucks and semis. At the time of his death he was working for Millis Transfer.

Gary was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, from the old municipal stadium to the current Browns Stadium. He never missed a game. We all sat up in the 'Dawg Pound' with him and bark like dogs. Those that knew him, knows he will be on the side line right beside the coaches helping them out.

Gary is survived by his mother, Marge Stevens and husband Bill, father John Woodard and wife Lois, brothers, Glenn and Greg (girlfriend Lisa), nephews, Eric (Amber), Kevin (girlfriend Tosin), nieces, Jessalyn and Whitney, great-niece Chelsea and great-nephew Gavin, he will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday June 27, 2011 at Heitger Funeral Service - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave NW, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
