Geoffrey "Geoff" James Dolan, age 53, of Jackson Twp., passed away unexpectedly on January 6, 2025. He was born September 6, 1971 in Canton, Ohio and is the son of Gary and Pam (Hissner) Dolan. Geoff was a 1989 graduate of Jackson High School. He owned and operated Malachi Computer Consultants. Geoff enjoyed playing soccer in his younger days and in his later years, cheering on his son, Geej and his teams. He also enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, cooking and "smoking meat" for his family, and loving on his dogs. He was a fiercely loyal friend and father. He never left you without telling you he loved you and gave good hugs. Geoff had a strong faith in God and was a defender of what is right. His sense of humor and quick wit will always be remembered by those who loved him. He was one of life's great characters. In addition to his parents, Geoff is survived by his children, Abriana Dolan (Grant St. Clair), Mattison Dolan (Aidan McCoy), Emma Dolan, Geoffrey Dolan Jr.; step-daughters, Stephanie (Craig) Ledbetter, Jessica Stallman (Brandon Harris); sister, Tammy (Michael) Shirey; niece, Brynn (Seth) Ayersman; grandchildren, Michael St. Clair, and a future grandson, Samson St. Clair; step-grandchildren, Skylar, Ryder, and Wyatt Ledbetter, Kayden and Arianna Harris; great-niece, Eliza Ayersman; the mother of his children, Kimberly Dolan; and his beloved dogs, Provolone and Gouda. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home – Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W.
