Gerald W. Park, age 54 of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on January 1, 2016.

He was born in Akron on November 26, 1961 and lived in Cuyahoga Falls most of his life.

Gerald took pleasure in coaching Cuyahoga Falls Youth soccer, fishing and spending time with his family and grandsons.  His grandsons lovingly called him "The Crazy Fisherman" and "Papa With Fishes".

He was a caretaker for his mother Mona and his brother Craig,  and babysat for his nieces and nephews.

Gerald is survived by his mother Mona Grey Park, son Chris Park, daughter and son-in-law Sheri and Blake Bender, daughter Kelly Park, brothers Craig, Dave and Dale (Darlene) Park, sister Belinda Olivo, grandsons Ethan, Logan, Jaylon and Chase and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father William Owen Park and niece Marie Lynn Park.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
