Gerry Lane Nessar, age 71 of Canton, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center.

She was born October 20, 1950, in Akron, the daughter of the late Francis and Betty Freeman.
Gerry retired from GE Capital.
She was a member of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church.
Gerry is survived by her children, Michelle (Patrick) Hoffman, Ginger (Mark) Cecil; sister, Patricia Dwiggans;   several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry, sisters, Helen Olesky and Linda Walter.
A cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
