Grace E. Prill, 95 formerly of Jackson Twp., passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Hudson Elms Nursing Center.

She was born August 10, 1917 in Detroit, MI the daughter of the late Karl and Helene (Demske) Ungermann.

Grace was a former member of McDonaldsville St. Paul United Methodist Church, and she also enjoyed volunteering for the Red Cross' Blood Mobile and the Buckeye Chapter of the MS Society. She was a wonderful artist who loved painting and ceramics. She had a great love of music and was a member of many choirs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul (1994); son, Paul Jr.; five brothers, and three sisters.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Pat Prill of Cuyahoga Falls, and two grandchildren, Tracey (Jim) Slife of Tulsa, OK and Eric (Robin) Prill of Topeka, KS; great-grandchildren, Alexander and Abigail Slife and Maxton Prill; sister-in-law, Ruth Hamilton of Kentucky.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens at 10am with Pastor Erv Urschitz officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Grace's name to National MS Society, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.

And the family would like to thank the caring staff at Hudson Elms Nursing Center, and the Great Lakes Caring Hospice for their support and dedication to Grace.
