Hettie Louise Norman, age 79, of Canal Fulton, died Saturday, August 29, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born December 4, 1935, in Greenwood WV,  the daughter of the late Thomas and Olive (Lyons) Dillon.

Hettie retired from MCA Sign Company and enjoyed sewing and cooking.

She is survived by son Martin (Hope) Norman of Canal Fulton, daughter Rebecca Nickels of Massillon, sister Shirley (Tom) Snyder of Massillon, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Norman who died in 1990 and son-in-law Michael "Nick" Nickels.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday , Sept. 2, 2015 at 2 P.M. at Wilbur Cemetery, Tyler County, WV.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Summa of Akron Hospice or directly to the family.
