Jack Chu-Chai Fu, age 93, of Jackson Twp., passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born December 12, 1928, in Fehgyang, Anhui Province, China.
Jack was a thermodynamic engineer and retired from Babcock and Wilcox.
He enjoyed Chinese poetry and Chinese calligraphy.
Jack is survived by wife of 50 years, Ming Ming (Hu) Fu; son and daughter-in-law, John Fu and Wenxia Zhu; granddaughter, Stephanie Fu; and sister, Quanjie Fu.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tingliang Fu and Yuzheng (Nie) Fu; sisters, Nanhui Fu, Chunhui Fu and Nanzheng Fu, and one brother, Zhengjie Fu.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 2 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel.
Calling hours will be held at the funeral home prior to the service from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M.
Burial to follow the service in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
