Janice C. Stoneman, age 68 formerly of Massillon, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at her home in Panama City Beach, FL.

She was a former member of St. Barbara Catholic Church.  She was an avid reader and had worked at the Sons and Daughters of Herman.

Janice is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Donald and Debbie Stoneman Jr. and granddaughter Lauren Stoneman all of Massillon, sisters and brothers-in-law Emily and Rick Hataway and Ann and Bob Lindley all of Florida and sister-in-law Carol Stoneman of Massillon.

She was preceded in death by her parents Luther J. and Lurline (Jarrell) Johns, her husband Donald Stoneman Sr. who died in 2011, son David P. Stoneman who died in 2015 and her brother Doug Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11:45 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel with Rev. Raymond Paul officiating.  Burial will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday at the funeral home prior to the funeral beginning at 11 A.M.
