John "Jack" Higgins, age 86 of Jackson Township, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at his home. He was born September 3, 1938, in Brooklyn, NY the son of the late John and Virginia (Fallon) Higgins. Jack served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a member of The Hall of Fame Racing Pigeon Club.  He was an avid fisherman and NY Giants fan. Jack is survived by his son, Keith (BethAnne) Higgins; daughter, Colette Benincasa; grandchildren, Michael (Macie) Benincasa, Alyssa (Vince) Ventura, Claudia Benincasa, Christopher Higgins, Meghan Higgins; three great-grandchildren, Isabella, Victoria, and Juliana; siblings, Brian (Diane) Higgins and Denise (Richie) Burren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Corrine Higgins. The family will have a private celebration of life at a later date.
