John Marthey, 76, of Kimbolton, arrived at his heavenly home on Friday, April 28, 2017.  He is now reunited in heaven with the love of his life, Carol, to share their anniversary together on May 1.  John's family is certain their reunion is a beautiful and glorious sight to behold.

John is survived by two sons, Kenneth, Steven (Cheryl) Marthey; two daughters, Tammy (Joe) Charlson, Colleen (Jake) Gulling; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and special nieces, Jeanette and Jackie; sister, Cecelia Helton; and brother, Glenn Marthey.
Funeral service will be held on May 4, 2017 at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 1st St NE, at 7pm.
Calling hours will be held an hour prior to the service from 6pm to 7pm.
His final resting place will be at Calamoutier Cemetery in Fredericksburg.
