John Moulos, age 76, died Thursday, August 18, 2011 at Affinity Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

He was born July 4, 1935, in Massillon the son of the late William and Katherine (Pajack) Moulos.

John retired from Sears after 32 years of service.

He was a member of Knights of Columbus #554, St. Mary's choir for 30 years, past president of St. Mary's PTO, a past president of Canton Chapter of United Ostomy Association.

He enjoyed watching all the Cleveland Indians, Cavs, and Browns games, and visiting with his grandchildren.

John is survived by his wife, Shirley (Airhart) Moulos; daughters, Christine Moulos, Cathy (Jerry) Howell, Jill (Randy) Maag, all of Massillon; son, Steve Moulos of Lakeworth, FL; grandchildren, Adam and Ally Howell, Megan and Nick Moulos, Brittany Moulos, Sydney and Delaney Maag; brothers, William (Ruth) Moulos, Frank (Jan) Moulos; sister, Helen Smith, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Gust Moulos.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 21 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Mon., Aug. 22, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, at 10:00 AM with Rev. Edward Gretchko celebrant.

Burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Massillon, Ohio.
