Joseph R. Stanley, age 57 of Jackson Twp., passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014.  He was born June 7, 1957 in Canton, Ohio.

Joe retired from ATT where he worked as a 911 specialist.  He enjoyed boating and family activities.

Joe is survived by his parents, Joseph A. and Mary (Ludwick) Stanley of Jackson Twp., brothers Mark A. Stanley of Perry Twp and Thomas J. Stanley of Jackson Twp., nieces Rachel Stanley and Sarah Krakora both of Cuyahoga Falls and nephew Michael Stanley of Jackson Twp.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 11 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel  5850 Wales Ave. N.W. Massillon with Pastor Micah Holland officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Massillon.

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.
