Joshua Welsh, age 39, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 17, 2022. He was born July 20, 1983 in San Jose, CA, son of Sharon (Schaub) Deierling , and the late Paul E. Welsh. In addition to his loving mother and step-father Sharon and Ed Deierling, he is survived by his son Jax Welsh, his brother and best friend, Cory (Ainsley) Jackson; special nephew, Carter; step-brothers, Justin (Megan) Deierling and Adam (Meredith) Deierling; his grandmothers, Peggy Schaub and Lavonne Shelker; and numerous special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Josh's passion and love for his family and friends was unmeasurable.  He never met a stranger.  He loved all sports, especially the Cleveland Indians. He had a big heart and a smile that could light up a room.  He will be missed more than words can say. "It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light."  Aristotle Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 26, 2022,  at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., from 3 P.M. to 5 P.M.
