Kathryn 'Kitty' Kiefer, age 83 of Massillon, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Rose Lane Health Care Center.

She was born March 4, 1930 in Massillon, the daughter of the late Roy and Kathryn (Schaub) Hillyer.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Kathryn is survived by her husband of 65 years, Paul 'Jim' Kiefer, sons, Randal (Sandy) Kiefer, Kelly (Sue) Kiefer; daughter, Stacey (Rick) Hollender; sister, Pat Ripple, four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Carman Finley, and brother, Leroy Turner.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church at 10 AM with Rev. Edward Gretchko officiating.

The family will receive friends from 9am-10am at the church prior to the service.
