Kenneth C. Yost, age 83 of Jackson Township, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Aultman Hospital.

He was born June 16, 1938, in Canton, the son of the late Frank and Eleanore (Frutschy) Yost.

He was a graduate of Timken High School and attended Kent State University.

Kenneth was a retired teacher from Alliance High School after 30 years of service and had worked at Timken as a machinist for 13 years.

He was a member of St. Jacob Lutheran Church. He loved playing tennis, riding his motorcycle, and computers.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Colleen (Buss) Yost; children, Michael (Barbara) Yost, Jacqueline Pritchett; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara (Don) Fletcher; and sister-in-law, Marylou Yost.

He was preceded in death by his brother, William Yost.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton.
