Leota E. Herman, age 77, of Jackson Twp., passed away peacefully on November 4, 2022.
She was born July 25, 1945 in Wilmot, daughter of the late Loren and Dorothy (Fausett) Fraelich.
Leota retired from Republic Steel Corp.
Leota is survived by her husband of 54 years, Frederick W. Herman, Jr.; sons, Scott Herman and Bill (Julie) Herman; daughter, Wendy Richardson; brother, Loren Fraelich Jr.; grandchildren, Zach, Brickell, Shannon, Glen, and Emily; and  great-grandchildren, Charlie, Saylor and Blakely.
She was preceded in death by four siblings and her parents.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 10 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel.
Funeral service will follow beginning at 11:30 A.M.
Burial to follow the service at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
