Linda J. Borland, age 66, of Mechanicstown, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born July 25, 1958, in Oil City, Pennsylvania,  the daughter of the late Burgess and Waneda (Shrout) Cutlip. She enjoyed flowers and helping people. Linda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy (Cutlip) and Brandon Jernigan; son and daughter-in-law, Tadd and Amanda) Howatae; son, Joshua Cutlip; grandchildren, Masin Cutlip, Shane Jernigan, Benjamin Jernigan, Aidan Howatae, Bella Howatae,  Lexi Howatae, and Ella Borland. She was preceded in death husband, Gary Borland and brother, Roger Cutlip. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Susan G.
