Lois Harper, age 100 of Brewster, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Brewster Parke.
She was born January 1, 1926, in Massillon the daughter of William and Isabelle (Riggle) Princehorn.
Lois enjoyed many years as a waitress and enjoyed retirement.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. She loved bingo, bike riding, golfing, swimming, gambling, trips to casinos, and riding motorcycles.
Lois is survived by two sons, Jamie Harper of South Carolina, Jeffrey (Yulia) Harper of Canton; two daughters, Jill Harper of Arizona, Jan (Terry) Davis of Massillon; grandchildren Jamie Harper Jr., Shawn Schenkenberger, Cary (Sylvia) Schenkenberger, Derek (Roya) Harper, Ryan (Erica) Harper, Tara Davis, Michelle (James Martin) Ziegelhofer, and Jennifer (Scott) McCollins ; great-grandchildren, Madison and Hunter Ziegelhofer, J.P., Kenny, and Gianna Harper, and Layla Harper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, two bothers, and a granddaughter, Deidra Harper
In honoring Lois' wishes, a private service will be held at a later date.
Her final place of rest will be Sunset Hills Memory Gardens in North Canton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the charity of your choice. Special thanks to Brewster Parke Nursing Home for the great care that they gave our mother, and Crossroads Hospice nurses and aids.
