Margaret M. Bowman, age 73 of Canton, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026 at her home.

She was born November 10, 1952, in Cleveland, the daughter of the late George and Marine (Seaman) Abood.

Margaret enjoyed celebrating all the holidays with her family, gardening, decorating, raising her children, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a very talented artist who taught art classes and enjoyed creating paintings and floral arrangements. She graduated from Revere High School (1970) and obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Akron.

Margaret is survived by her husband of 44 years, Terry A. Bowman; her son, Michael (Megan) Bowman of Columbus; daughter Diana Bowman of Chicago; grandchildren Agnes and Teddy; sister Patricia Abood of Canton; and sister-in-law Patricia Bowman of Jupiter, Florida.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Donna.

Per Margaret's wishes there will be no services.
